While being mindful of one’s values, beliefs and unique traditions, I utilize a technique that integrates evidence based treatment, science, mindful awareness and meditation, in order to foster and cultivate a more fulfilled, authentic, adventurous life. My ultimate goal is to help you live more connected, and centered in the present moment.
Therapy is collaborative and relational. My style is person-centered, strength-based, insight-oriented, and solution focused. Developing emotional safety within a therapeutic relationship is considered priority in order to promote healing. I identify as a fellow traveler, walking alongside you in your meaningful life journey.
